Please take a few minutes to review our terms and conditions as they contain some important information about the use of our website. In placing an order with Yada Dada Limited you are declaring that you accept these terms and conditions of sale. We try our best to give an accurate representation of our products in all descriptions, images and illustrations. However, due to variations in monitor settings these should be used as a guide only. Due to fabric availability and variations the colours and fabric patterns may not always match exactly to those shown in product images on our website. Specifications may vary.
Orders and Confirmation
Yada Dada Ltd can accept credit or debit card orders via our online store or by post or telephone if you would like to pay by cheque or money order. Once you have placed an order online you will receive an email with confirmation of your order. If you experience any problems when placing your order please contact us. Please make sure that all the required details that you enter are valid and correct. This will allow us to process your order quickly and more efficiently.
Item Availability
We aim to keep our website up to date, but, occasionally an item may be more popular than first expected and we may sell out. All items are subject to availability.
Product Warranties
Yada Dada Ltd does not provide any warranties in relation to the goods sold on this website over and above its statutory requirement to provide goods that are fit for purpose and of a satisfactory quality under the current Sale of Goods legislation.
Prices
Prices are stated on the website (in GBP Sterling). All prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT)
Payment and Security
Yada Dada Ltd uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Technology to ensure that your shopping experience is simple, safe and secure. Payments can be made using a valid credit or debit card and is securely processed online by Sage Pay (www.sagepay.com). For added security, your credit card details are never stored on our website or in our online database. Alternatively you may want to use our online order form and send payment by post using a cheque or money order. Delivery
All UK mainland orders are dispatched by Royal Mail Standard Service which is a 2-3 day service. A UK next day courier service is available at extra cost. Europe and the Rest of the World are despatched using Royal Mail International Service which is a 7-10 day delivery service. Some international destinations may take longer.
Returns and Exchanges
We will offer a full refund (excluding original postage costs) or exchange an item if returned within 14days of receipt. We can only accept returned items if they are unopened and in their original condition and packaging including any tags. Any exchange items will incur a return postage. Please email us at info@yadadada.com with details of your product, order number and the reason for the return.
Faulty Goods
You can return any item if it is faulty. If you are returning a faulty item, we will refund the cost of the return postage.

We recommend that you return the item using registered post with proof of delivery. Yada Dada Ltd cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to items being returned. You have protected rights to return goods under the EU Distance Selling Directive. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

All information you provide to Yada Dada Ltd which include your name, home address and email address are treated as strictly private and confidential. Yada Dada Ltd is bound by the Data Protection Act 1998 and will not disclose your details to any third party without your written permission. We do not share any personal information with anyone and we do not sell it on to others. As a further security measure your credit card details are never stored on our website or in our online database.
